Problems logging in

Did you use the right e-mail address?

Take care you enter your e-mail address correctly, as your password is linked to the e-mail address you gave when registering.

Did you enter your password correctly?

Passwords are case-sensitive, so it is important to copy your password precisely from the e-mail we sent you. We would advise you to copy it, from the first to the last character, from the e-mail. Check that you are not accidentally including a space.

Does your browser support cookies?

For you to log in successfully, for example to take an on-line test, your browser needs to support cookies. To change this setting in Internet Explorer, proceed as follows:

  • Go to the menu [Tools]>[Internet Options]
  • Click the [Privacy] tab, then the [Advanced] button.
  • Tick the box ‘Override automatic cookie handling'.
  • Set ‘First-party Cookies' to ‘Accept'.
  • Set ‘Third-party Cookies' to ‘Accept'.

The log-in procedure should work correctly now. You can just change this setting for the duration of the test, if you wish, and change it back again afterwards.

Do you have a firewall installed?

If your computer or network has a firewall installed and your system is set to a particularly high security level it may not accept all cookies. In this case you will not be able to take the test on-line.
